I weighed myself and saw 132kg flash back at me. My dear mate (Jeremy) had asked me to be a groomsmen. I immediately said yes. But I didn't want to be the big guy, fearing photos and social interactions due to my weight. I had talked about it with Michael, who was patient, caring and compassionate to my then current mental state. I've lost a total of 46.6kg but I've gained much more than that. I'm more confident, out going and like to inspire others. Michael will sit with you in your corner, until the walls come down. Allowing the magic to happen.

I Started training with Mike during stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne via his online program. His online content is not only engaging and helpful but he is also super supportive and responsive throughout the program. I also found I got out of the program what I put in. I was encouraged to share in the Facebook group, which allowed me to connect with others on a smilier journey. which is also comforting.

In my opinion Mike is more than just a trainer who turns up each session. Mike is always happy for me to send him any questions or concerns about my training program and provides quick responses each and every time. I have been able to find a way to look after myself since having my son 3 year ago all thanks to mike.


Although a training at home program wasn't quiet my thing. I am glad that I jumped in and gave it a go because it led me to take up training with Mike in the gym 2 mornings a week and I feel supported to train by myself other days.

For anyone out there contemplating working with Mike, I encourage you to give it a go!. you won't be disappointed.

I Love this group and what it offers everyone! 

I'm not surprised that Mich is running a group/business that helps and supports people- this trait of his is how I came into his life! 

Without having Mich & his partner Caz enter my life when they did, I'm sure I wouldn't be the confident and strong woman I've grown into now.

After covid I lost a bit of myself so now its time to continue to shape me and 'find myself' again

Chris came into my program flying, He engaged with every bit of content from my first program. 

He lost over 9 kilos, but he didn't just only lose weight. He gained confidence and knowledge around his eating habits, his fears and anxieties. Once he settles with moving into his new house. I will be training with him in the gym to continue his journey.

I'm currently a personal trainer and online wellness coach. From the age of 20, I spent 7 years working in residential youth work and a youth drug and alcohol rehab. I've not only helped many people through the different stages of trauma and addiction. But I have also suffered from my own. I was sexually abused from the ages of 7 to 14. I was bullied through primary school and high school. I've suffered from allowing trauma to ruin many aspects of my life. The picture on the left was me in 2019. Suicidal, depressed and feeling like a burden to everyone but most importantly to myself. A sliding doors moment changed my life around. It took a lot of time and hard work, for my life to completely turn around. But I started to realise that I'm totally worth it. Just as each and everyone of you reading this, are totally worth it

Back to Movement


Exercise should never be about punishment. This exercise program helps anyone, at any skill level, to get back to moving their body. Through doing this program, you'll get a better understanding how your body moves. Aswell as improving your posture. Through doing this program it may assist you in regaining that confidence with exercise. Helping you to do more progressed versions later in your journey.


Recipes/Cooking


If you were where I was, 10 year ago. Always nervous around cooking, even though I enjoyed it. This will help you regain your confidence in cooking. Cooking should be about trying new things and enjoying that experience.
